We do not store passwords in readable form (there are none — see “Account data” above). We do not request precise location, contacts, photos or microphone access for these Games.
Account, cloud-save and crash-reporting data are processed on infrastructure operated by or for MelqAI Technológiai Kft. We do not use Firebase or another external backend for these functions. If you enable iOS push notifications, Apple Push Notification service may process the device token and delivery information to deliver the notification. We do not sell personal data.
We process account and cloud-save data to provide the game service; technical and crash data where necessary for our legitimate interest in security and reliability; push data based on your optional consent; and support/legal records where necessary to respond or comply with law.
We keep account and cloud-save data while your account is active. Where a Game offers it, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app (typically under Profile → Delete Account) — this takes effect immediately, is irreversible, and removes your account, gameplay progress, team membership and purchase history from our systems. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@melqai.com; we normally complete such requests within 30 days after verifying them. Security logs and backups may be retained for a limited period where necessary for fraud prevention, legal claims or backup rotation.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing. You may withdraw push-notification consent in your device settings. You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): naih.hu.
Our Games are not directed at children under the minimum age required by the laws of the country where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in breach of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.
