These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cuboz Games titles, including Cuboz: Regatta Match and Cuboz BlockFree (each, a “Game”), operated by MelqAI Technológiai Kft., registered at 1141 Budapest, Szugló utca 125/E A. ép. By downloading, accessing or using a Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. If you are under the age of legal capacity in your country, use the Game only with the consent and supervision required by applicable law.
Most Games create your account automatically using a device-generated identifier, with no password to keep secret; where a Game offers “Sign in with Apple”, that identity is also your responsibility to keep secure. You must provide accurate profile information and must not impersonate another person. Cloud saves depend on the availability and integrity of the service; do not use a Game as your only backup for important data. Where a Game offers it, you may permanently delete your account and its data at any time from within the app (see the Privacy Policy for details).
Games may offer consumable items (e.g. in-game currency), non-consumable items, and auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g. a monthly pass) via Apple’s In-App Purchase system. The title, length, price and renewal terms of each subscription are shown in the Game before purchase and on its App Store product page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. We do not process or store your payment card details — Apple does.
Subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store rules, MelqAI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All Game software, artwork, names, designs and content are owned by or licensed to MelqAI and remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You must not reverse engineer or decompile the Game except where mandatory law permits it; interfere with servers; use cheats, bots or automation; exploit bugs; disrupt another user’s experience; or use the Game for unlawful purposes.
We may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the Game or cloud save will always be available or error-free. We may reset or adjust progress when reasonably necessary to protect the service.
The Game may be downloaded through Apple or other platform stores. Those platforms are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Game or its support, except as required by their own terms and applicable law. Your use is also subject to the relevant store rules.
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided for entertainment on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, MelqAI is not liable for indirect losses or loss of progress caused by events outside its reasonable control.
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, create a security risk or where required by law. Clauses concerning intellectual property, disclaimers and applicable law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence. Courts having jurisdiction under applicable law will hear disputes.
We may update these Terms when the Game or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised Terms. The date above shows when they were last revised.
